Bringing three brands together under one strategic identity

A strategic consultancy that empowers socially focused organisations through expert advice, innovative solutions, and guidance that delivers lasting value for communities looking to integrate three separate consultancies to present a unified, compelling brand.

We were asked to develop and deliver a brand integration strategy that would unify three distinct consultancies under one cohesive brand identity. The brief also included building a clear narrative that linked the new structure to customer and colleague benefits, maximising cross-selling opportunities across the full service and product offer, and maintaining – and ideally growing – market awareness during and after the transition. An additional priority was to minimise any reputational or perception risk associated with the change.

What we
did

Led a collaborative brand integration process from insight to execution

We led the research, insight gathering, and strategic direction for the brand integration process. This began with engaging both staff and customers to understand existing brand perceptions and the value associated with each consultancy. We used a mix of desk research, one-to-one interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture a broad range of perspectives.

Drawing on internal and external insights, we developed a series of strategic recommendations. These focused on how to leverage the strengths of each brand, communicate the integrated offer with clarity, mitigate risks during the transition, and refine the visual identity to reflect the expanded scope of services.

We produced a clear and practical brand integration plan, outlining positioning, messaging, and key next steps. Alongside this, we supported and oversaw the creative development of the updated visual identity, ensuring it aligned with the new brand narrative. To complete the process, we guided the launch campaign, helping to build awareness and deliver a confident and well-coordinated rollout to market.
