Laying the groundwork for a distinctive interior design brand

Ambienté by Arezia is a Dubai-based start-up interior design company reimagining and revitalising spaces for clients who value both beauty and functionality. As a new entrant to a competitive market, Ambienté needed a clear and consistent brand and marketing direction to attract the right clients and stand out.

We were tasked to develop a comprehensive marketing framework that would optimise current communication channels, explore new ones, and drive brand awareness and client acquisition.

What we
did

Clarified strategy, sharpened messaging, and created tools for growth

We began by revisiting the brand strategy to clarify the business structure and lay a stronger foundation for the brand. This involved conducting competitor and market research to identify current trends, positioning strategies, and whitespace opportunities within the interior design sector.

To deepen our understanding, we carried out in-depth interviews and an online survey, both of which helped shape key brand elements. These insights informed a strategy workshop where we defined target audiences, clarified the point of differentiation, and articulated a compelling value proposition.

Building on this, we developed a cohesive brand narrative to guide messaging across all platforms. We also provided direction for website structure and storytelling, ensuring both supported lead generation and aligned with the new strategy.

To support ongoing marketing activity, we created practical social media guidelines. These included tone of voice, messaging pillars, and posting strategies to help ensure consistent and efficient brand communication.
